This antenna can be tuned by changing the switching mode of two PIN diodes from the ON-ON state to OFF-OFF state to switch it over two different mobile communication technologies, namely 3G and 4G. The antenna has a simple geometry and a small structure, its dimensions are 45 {\texttimes} 38 {\texttimes} 1.5 mm3 and it is printed on an FR4 substrate with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The prototype of this antenna has been fabricated and tested. The measurement results confirmed the simulation predictions in terms of frequency diversity performances. {\textcopyright} 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.}, doi = {10.1002/mop.27649}, url = {https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84876922481\&doi=10.1002\%2fmop.27649\&partnerID=40\&md5=2dc17daf46d33b41aa3f22d5beab0610}, author = {Bekali, Y.K.a and Essaaidi, M.b} }
