Abstract

Fast and simple L4 norm computation for translational template matching is presented. The proposed method is based on expressing the L4 norm in terms of two cross-correlations. Speed is obtained from computing the correlations in the frequency domain using FFT algorithms. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
