Abstract

As (M2M) Machine-To-Machine, communication continues to grow rapidly, a full study on overload control approach to manage the data and signaling of H2H traffic from massive MTC devices is required. In this paper, a new M2M resource-scheduling algorithm for Long Term Evolution (LTE) is proposed. It provides Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee to Guaranteed Bit Rate (GBR) services, we set priorities for the critical M2M services to guarantee the transportation of GBR services, which have high QoS needs. Additionally, we simulate and compare different methods and offer further observations on the solution design. © 2015 IEEE.
