Abstract

The major problem in the use of the Web is that of searching for relevant information that meets the expectations of a user. This problem increases every day and especially with the emergence of web 2.0 or social web. Our paper, therefore, ignores the disadvantage of social web and operates it to rich user profile. © 2016 IEEE.
